SAFEHARBOR11 Oct 15, 2013 6:44 AM (in response to twtybrd678)Joe,
You really need to give us just a little bit more to work with please ;-)
Are we talking about a DVD, web video...what? How will the video be played? There are many players, like QuickTime, Windows Media Player, VLC, etc.
You can't control what the end user will use to view the clip, or force playback in that app.
Thanks

4. Re: Making a movie without control buttons
twtybrd678 Oct 15, 2013 7:46 AM (in response to SAFEHARBOR11)I want the video to be played on the web without any controls buttons. Like when Youtube plays a advertisement the have no control buttons to go back. I want the person visiting the website to have just the video only with just a video only.
I hope this helps.
Thanks

SAFEHARBOR11 Oct 15, 2013 7:50 AM (in response to twtybrd678)Hi Joe,
Sounds like you will need custom software for the web player then. Controls are not something encoded into the video clip itself.
Thanks

6. Re: Making a movie without control buttons
Dave Merchant Oct 15, 2013 9:03 AM (in response to twtybrd678)Pre-roll and inserted ads that can't be bypassed always require a streaming media server and a custom player component that is instructed by commands from the server to turn off the transport controls while the ads are playing. It's nothing to do with the video.
If you don't care about people messing with the settings to re-enable transport controls, just define your Flash or HTML5 media object without any skin.
