    launch problem with Id

      problem:

       

      I received a message that informed me there was a problem with launching InDesign. (had just downloaded free trial). It instructed me to uninstall and reinstall InDesign. However after uninstalling,  Adobe seems to read that I already downloaded Id and won't allow a second download.
