It seems you did run into an exception. Could you please force quit the app and try again?
If this re-occurs please let us know the steps how to reproduce this issue.
Ok, so I force quit, tried again and still the same. I Then restarted my device and still same issue. To reproduce I did the following.
1. Open image in PS Touch
2. Rotated device to the landscape orientation
3. Pressed top left menu and selected select all (can do any selection tho)
4. Then selected refine edge from the same menu
5. The problem.
Thank you - we will investigate this problem!
It seems to be a chipset related issue here.
Probably most of the adjustments and effects won't work too, right?
Just tried most of the adjustments in both landscape and portrait and they seem fine. You may be onto something about the chipset, I just installed PS Touch onto a galaxy s2 running Android 4.2.2 and it worked. Thank you for your help, it would be fantastic if this could be resolved.
I'm wondering how you open/import the image in PS touch.
Btw do you use CC sync?
Do you use the stylus during this whole workflow?
To open I select the centre button down the bottom and Select New project from "Photo Library".
No I did not enable Creative Cloud sync.
No I didn't use the stylist, but I tried with and without and there is no difference.
