I'm pulling my hair out over this. I'm looking at someone's fire animation, and they have the same exact Gradient size and shape over every single frame of their animation, and I am at a total loss as to how it's done. The software only lets you edit the Gradient's size and shape on individual frames. I have no idea how to do it over all the frames at once. Please help!
Without seeing the same aniomation there is no telling how it might have been done, but one guess could be that the object is a symbol and editing it once edits all instances of it
Can you elaborate on that? I don't need to know exactly how THEY did it, I just need a decent way of doing it. Can you edit the gradient at the symbol level?
I figured it out. You can create a new layer, make a gradient to your liking, and then select all the frames, select the eyedropper, and fill all layers with that gradient sampling. and bam!
