I've created a form that will allow a Team Leader to register him/herself and a group for an upcoming trip with my organization. One of the questions is "How many additional team members will you be bringing?" and then I've included a drop down that goes from 1-9 and the necessary fields for nine additional registrations. I would like it if when the Team Leader selects the number 1, only the registration fields for one team member appear. If the Team Leader were to select 2 then the registration fields for 1 and 2 would then appear. And so on. If my understanding of the Show/Hide items is correct, this can't happen because I can only place conditions on the fields once.
If that is correct, I'll let my supervisor know. However, if I'm missing something and there's a way to make this happen, please let me know.
