Help with verified Paypal account not working in FormsCentral

I have quadruple checked that my Paypal account has no holds or limits, it is a verified email address, a verified bank account and my login is correct... still FormsCentral says it cannot verify my account and tells me to create an account. When I go to create an account it says my email address already has an account, which of course I knew. This is the last detail in what would otherwise have been a 15 minute project. I am pulling my hair out to figure out what I am missing. Please help.

I am also having the same issue. The PayPal account I would like to use to collect payments is verified. However, FormsCentral keeps telling me that it's not verified. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
