From what I can gather, 1920x1080 is the highest quality you can currently submit to YouTube. In AME, under H.264, there are YouTube encoding presets. I think you'd have an extraordinarily small audience of folks that could actually view 4k if you could upload it. When editing/converting 4k footage to 1080, you do have the advantage of being able to crop and reframe in Premiere if need be.

I am only uploading in 4K to show the advantages of this new camera, but also I just want to try it out.
I've exported the video with an MPEG2 preset and I've made it export matching the source attributes.
It seems to be uploaded a lot slower than usual so I can only guess that it's 4K and not 1080p.
Can you please add a print screen of the settings that you use for 4K export in premiere
