Automate Acrobat X to extract based on unique string at beginning and string at end of section?

I will have a 100 (more or less) page Visa statement pdf each month, with around 35 users. Each user's activity report is followed by the next user's, etc. Each user's transactions section has their unique user's name at the top of the first page and a field labeled "Statement Amount" on the last page of each statement.

Is there any way extract these user's sections with automation, where acrobat "sees" the user name, marks that page as the beginning of the export and then "sees" "Statement Amount" on the last page and exports that section?

      Thanks!

Is this a form with form fields that Acrobat JavaScript can access or just a printout with data a somewhat fixed location?

Unless there are desecrate form fields, trying to extract text is not a simple task with Acrobat JavaScript since Acrobat only knows pages and points on a page. The words are not necessarily accessed from right to left and top to bottom but in the order in which they have been added to the page much like a plotter placing dots on a sheet of paper in a random order.

Does the credit card vendor provide a service to provide this data in a different format?
