We are using a 5 pack team plan. Our "Buyer" is our coordinator for our actual team and we wanted to know if she could access the forms I may create as an admin without the my adding her as a Contributor. Trying to avoid an extra step that may be missed. We are using Adobe Forms for internal training test and our coordinator who is also has the "Buyer" role in AdobeForms does not see our test we are creating each week. If someone forgets to add her as an contributor then it creates and extra step where if her access allowed her to see all the forms that we create as a team she can pull the data she needs without needing to communicate with us.
Let me know if this is possible for if the only solution is for her to be added as a contributor for each test created.
There is no automatic way to share the form with any team members, this has to be done manually on a form by form basis.
