I have a problem with Photshop CC and the 3D functions.
I cannot acces them in any way. I cannot choose them in any menue, like they arent in the software.
In the options i activated 3D and so on, but it still isnt there.
I have an integrated intel hd graphics family... is that the problem?
But i can use highend programs like cinema4d without any issues.
So whats going wrong photoshop?
My system is running windows 7 64 bit, photoshop is 64 bit version too.
can u help me?
Look in your Photoshop Preference Performance settings and see if GPU is enabled. If not no 3D. Your machine need a supported video adapter and drivers.
You've written up some info, but does your GPU specifically have 512 MB of VRAM? See the required specs here: http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/tech-specs.html
If it does, do you have the latest display driver for your hardware and OS from Intel's web site?
Also, and this may sound a bit weird, go into you Photoshop Help menu, and Sign Out, then close and restart it. Sign back into your Creative Cloud subscription to ensure the software has received all the instructions to provide all the options. I have heard of this clearing up problems such as you describe, though I have not seen them myself.
