Is your computer connected to the Internet?

The beginning question is, as Hunt has asked, is your computer connected to the Internet? If it is, have you checked
to assure that it is functioning properly?
If the Internet connection is not the issue, then do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer
with Premiere Elements 3? And, are you running Premiere Elements 3.0/3.0.2 as Run As Administrator or from a User
Account with Administrative Priviledges?
As I recall, Premiere Elements 3 required the use of the Premiere Elements 3.0.2 Update. Are you using it?
Since this is an older version, I would ask if this is a "it never worked before" or "it worked before, but not now" type of
Please review and supply as much information so that we can help you resolve your Premiere Elements issue.
