Perhaps you need the logo in a different format, perhaps flattened TIF with transparency, or perhaps the Photoshop Touch app doesn’t know how to deal with either the PSD format or with transparency.
If you haven’t already, a suggestion would be to post your message in a forum appropriate for the Photoshop Touch app:
Odd. When I export PS Touch projects as PSD, they import just fine in Photoshop Elements, transparent layers and all.
If you're using Photoshop CS or CC, you should be able to work with either PSD or PSDX (PS Touch's native file format); the latter requires the (free) downloadable file format plug-in.
It's that opening them in Photoshop Touch is the problem. I have the role of intake, placement on fliers and images, and distribution.
we know that this is an issue and are working on getting a fix for this.
Until we have a fix for this issue the workaround is to download the images to the tablet over the web (http://creative.adobe.com).
This is not an optimal way but should be able to help you moving forward until this issue has ben fixed.
Sorry for the inconvenience.,
Unfortunately, all the items in Creative Cloud open blank, too. Thanks though. We are having to outsource. I appreciate all updates very much.
Thank you so much for keeping in touch to let me know it matters.
I jumped through every hoop to get the files into creative cloud. They will.not.open. in PS Touch. They get a check mark, they allow clicking "add," then the layer is 100% blank from every approach. Just wanted to be clear the Cloud did not make a difference whatsoever.
Unfortunately this means the designer we brought in is totally taking over my project and changing all the logo colors to begin with. So not looking good for me to be able to make money to buy a proper laptop in a year... something to think about.
