Adobe Flash player installer has stopped working

Hi, i have been trying to install adobe flash player but whenever i run the installer it stops working

I have

Im using mozilla firefox version 24.0

32-bit windows vista home premium.

Dont have flashplayer installed atm.

i have tried everything i could think of :/.

Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by right clicking one of the following links and selecting "Save target as" (IE) or "Save Link as" (Firefox).

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Save the file(s) to your downloads folder - DO NOT run anything.

Reboot your system.

BEFORE opening anything else, run the installer(s) from your downloads folder.
