Paper mills and many distributors will send you free swatch books of various lines, but I've never seen a book that mixed manufacturers.

If googling, you might try using the paper industry terminology. Hence, paper *basis*; not necessarily paper weight. Still, you cannot get physical samples from the interweb; but rather you might uncover source to contact and have some mailed to you.
Your printer will probably have swatch books for you, too, for the "house" stocks and the other stock thaey commonly run.
Try contacting your local paper rep (i.e., Domtar, Neenah, etc.) which should be easily located via the yellow pages online.
