How to programmatically extract bookmarks and page numbers from multiple .pdf files into .csv file?

    AdobeAcrobat

We have multiple .pdf files that contain several scanned forms.  There are multiple different forms within a .pdf.  Each .pdf could have multiple sets of the same form, for example, three sets of Form 1234.  The .pdf will have three bookmarks with the same name - Form 1234 bookmark that is associated with page number 5, Form 1234 bookmark that is associated with page number 6, and Form 1234 bookmark that is associated with page number 10.

We have a need to identify .pdf files that contain certain forms, for instance, Form 1234.  Once we identify those .pdf files with that form(s), we need to know the page numbers of those bookmarks so that our staff can go directly to the form instead of browsing through bookmarks.  A lot of .pdf files are in thousand of pages, that's why we want to extract the page numbers of those forms that we are interested in.  These information will be displayed in our custom application so that our staff will know which .pdf files to browse for certain forms.

Is there a way to programmatically extract bookmarks and their associated page numbers into a file so that I can import the data into an SQL Server table?

      Thanks!
