How to make the same shadow in Photoshop CS6

Blue is what I need to digitalize and black is old one and I need to make a digital version from that. Font is the same, but I cannot get the same shadow. Pls help. Thanks in advance

You're in Photoshop? It looks like all you need to do is modify a few areas ( outline thickness, open areas vs. closed areas ). But I wonder if the font has another weight to be considered, because it does not match. See if you can get your hands on the original font(s).
