I've just spent an hour on a very slow customer chat box, and then it cut off.
The guy gave me one suggestion: delete the database file from AppData > Local > Adobe > OOBE
It didn't work.
So, I'm not sure what to do. I can't access my product as it keeps asking for a serial number, but I'm on CC so I don't have one, as far as I know.
I appreciate any help you could provide.
I have the same problem, both AE and DW ask me for the s/n of the CC, which does not exists.
This is not the first time I have this problem, but at least that time I had a s/n (CS6).

I have verified my details and they are all correct. That makes no difference I'm afraid.
