Activate/ enable Presenter 8 characters

Hi

I have Presenter 8 which came as part of Tech Comm Suite.

Here, I see that only two variants of each character are activated and others are disabled. How can I enable other characters? I have Captivate 6 and 7 where all these characters are activated.

If you click on one of the shaded characters and click OK, you will get a dialog to download the Presenter Assets. While these characters are the the same as in Captivate, they leverage different source files, so you need to download and install them for both products.
