    ADPDF9.PPD Installation

I have OS X 10.8.3 and Indesign CS5.5. I want to install ADPDF9.PPD, so I can use the Print Booklet option and change the dimension when saved to PostScript file. I just want to have PDF file, without the edges cut off.

I found online that the solution is

"One possible solution for InDesign [CS5] is to add the PPD file directly to the app’s support files. Go to Applications > Adobe InDesign CS5 > Presets. Create a new folder named “PPDs” (case sensitive). Then place your PPD file in this folder. You don’t even have to rename it."

How do you place PPD file?

I've tried to download it from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=141, but it says "Unable to expand "Adobe.sit" - Stuffit archives are not supported."

      What can I do?
