app.documents.documentPreferences.pageBinding = app.documents.documentPreferences.pageBinding == PageBindingOptions.LEFT_TO_RIGHT ? PageBindingOptions.RIGHT_TO_LEFT : PageBindingOptions.LEFT_TO_RIGHT;
Thanks Joel, can you explain to me how I write and apply this script? In my InDesign when I open the scipts panel, there is no option to add a new script..
Help! Ok, I have just tried to make a script, and opened my script editor, and pasted in this line.
When I hit run though, it says:
Expected expression, property or key form, etc. but found unknown token
What does this mean? And how can I fix it?
Did you copy the entire script? It ran onto two lines here on the forum and should be only one in the editor. You can either paste in into the ExtendScript editor, or into a plain text editor like Notepad or TextEdit (in plain text mode) and save with a .jsx file extension so you can put it into the scripts panel. see How to install scripts in InDesign | InDesignSecrets
Hi Peter thank you so much, this has worked for me!
