User uploaded photo stream site? (how to?)

      Hi guys and gals,

A client wants a website built wherein visitors would be able to sign-up as members and upload photos and digital images (either anonymously or under their account name) along with a description and possibly tags, then for those uploads to automatically be displayed in a never-ending "stream" (so much like Google, as the user scrolls down, more images load/display). They'd then want users to be able to click the thumbnails in the stream, to load a lightbox which displays the image (resized or scaled to fit the user's screen), author info, description and tags. These images would also be searchable and filtered by their tags.

      My questions are:

      a) Is this possible with BC and/or Muse (preferably Muse, but I know it's unlikely!)

      - Perhaps Muse to style/design the site, and then BC to build webapps and add search functionality?

If this were the case, I'd need help styling the webapps and search box in BC (I'm REALLY struggling to grasp the complexity of BC! I'm a designer, not a developer!)

      b) If it is possible, how difficult/complex a process would it be?

      c) Can an (almost) newbie like me easily do this?

      d) What IS the process and can somebody please give me step-by-step instructions? (Or even general guidance would be helpful...but preferably step-by-step!)

Oh, and Yes, the publishing of uploaded images would preferably be automated; however there would be a "report" button in the navigation so users could report inappropriate content for the client to remove/delete.

They basically just want this to be a self-managed, user-generated photo stream site all centred around one main motif; the idea sounds simple to me, but knowing how BC loves to make simple tasks more complicated than they need to be, I figured I'd ask if it were even worth me attempting to undertake this project or not!

Any and all help on this would be greatly appreciated - Just please bear in mind when responding, I'd need things explained in as simple terms as possible; BC scares me!

      Thanks
