I have contacted chat support and can't get a solution to the problem.
I also tried phone support before posting here but the only alternative offered is updating the card info thru the phone, and I would much rather do it thru the secure page as I have done when the original subscription was made.
very frustrated, and worried that I won't be able to renew the subscription before the next payment is due. chat support asked for 2-3 business days for someone to contact me via email.
