I am using audition cs6 to create a number of custom greetings with music background for our company, and wonder if anyone can help me going over the best settings to get quality sound when exporting to .mp3.
I have created the greetings and exported them directly to mp3, but when uploading them to our pbx system, I felt that the quality wasn’t all that.
I would appreciate anyone’s help in this. Many thanks
