I have not received the instructions with the logs location
HI TJColucci ,
I have forwarded you the message again.
Please check and confirm.
I did receive them but you're going to have to give me more detailed instructions as to how to locate these logs
There was an issue with the serialization file created.
Creating a new serilaization file via AAMEE and running it resolved the issue.
Create a serialization file via AAMEE: http://wwwimages.adobe.com/www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/creativesuite/pdfs/Ad obeApplicationManagerEnterpriseEditionDeploymentGuide_v_3_1.pdf

Make sure you invoke command prompt with Admin privileges. Return code of zero means success.

I followed the steps and used the codes, and used the newly downloaded files (that were created by our admin according to these instructions) and it worked, I got a return code of zero, and was successfully able to launch photoshop.
I currently run Windows XP pro (service pack 3)
When I run AAM I get an error (AAM has encountered a problem and needs to close). I talked with Adobe (via chat) and we downloaded the AAM.exe file- ran it with no results or fix? Adobe sent me here for answers?
