Making a OAM file.

When I go to "Publishing Setting" Under "File" and setup to publish the "Publish" button is grayed out.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi, Joe-

If it's grayed out, generally that means you haven't saved your file yet. We require that you save your file before you publish a file the first time.
