Yep! Mate i got problems too!
I got two 24inch LED Displays + MacBook Pro 15inch Retina - and ProCC only works on one display. I can not span my work across two monitors!?!?! Weird
What happens when I try to drag ProCC across two different screens, the second screen I am moving to goes transparent as shown:
When I release the mouse button - the second display ProCC screen does a magic trick and goes invisible....ooooooooo
yes it is impressive and intriguing ... but also annoying.
roll back your os or check the other posts on same topic
I have exactly the same problem on a late 2012 iMac with 24 gb RAM and Thunderbolt RAID. Was hoping the update I installed today would fix the problem, but it has not.
PP CC does not produce the normal crash report info... finder window opens, disappears a second later, and all of the dropdown items in the menus except the PP menu are grayed out. PP can quit, but that is it.

I am Windows so did not bookmark the message, but at least one message thread has a possible solution for SOME mavericks problems
