No. About the best you can do is include a field for name and/or email address and delete any duplicates from the responses table.
There isn't sorry. You can have a required field asking for their name or email address and then use a formula in the response table to see if a person have responded more than once. This trick doesn't work if you want the form to be filled anonymously or if you think people will use multiple email addresses (or names) to fill out multiple times.
