Try a different browser....
I have the same problem and it seems like the new adobe support is pretty much usless.
the support person's suggestion was to uninstall all the adobe products and then reinstall.
I did that, but it didn't help, just burned a few hours doing that.
Can you please clean the logs at C:\Users\labuser\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0 (win) ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0 (mac). and check if the problem still exists. Before deleting these logs please make sure no adobe application is running on your machine. Be it Creative cloud/Adobe Application manager/ Adobe Updater or any other product.
I have been having this problem too! ANyone have a real solution from Adobe?
