Why would you need to do that? The printer's ink colors aren't known to Photoshop.
I think that I can arrange the tone curves for single inks in Ps while previewing ... then I can move the tone curves to QuadTone RIP for printing it.
I'm a new user of QuadTone RIP ...
Is it not possible?
It would be great if I can control the single inks from Photoshop for popular printers on the market today and for some specialized inks like Piezography ... there may be a problem about the ink standardization, but I think some standard can be adopted for PS. Idon't know. Is it possible?
