    text alignment in footer

    Level 7
      Good morning all,

Would someone be able to tell me what is the proper way to align text on
either side of a div? I usually spend ages stumbling around with guesswork
till it looks ok, but figure its time to know the 'proper' way.

The page in question is www.bowralmassagetherapy.com
and the div in question is the footer.
I want the 'website by' text to be on the same level as the copyright text,
      but opposite ends.

Currently the 'website by' text is in a span and floated right (is that
      legal?)

      Thankyou for any help
      Regards
      Fiona
