I installed the latest version of Adobe reader on my HP ENVY laptop using OS Windows 8. When I try to open a pdf the process starts then "freezes up" and will not continue to open the file. I have restarted my computer, uninstalled the program and re-installed it. It still will not work.
You can try using Windows Explorer to navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, then double-click on Eula.exe and accept the license agreement
