Why do I wait for help on the chat for hours and then the second it says I am connected and it gives me a name, the chat session then ends without us even talking? This has happened two nights in a row now. I opened a chat session at 7 tonight and at 10:40 it finally connected and immediately said it ended. I also went from 2 people in front of me to 3 people in front of me at one point. Does chat really work?
As you know, we are not Adobe.
The most helpful of the Help link that I have found is
When the link opens, click on "I still need help" to bring up the Adobe Chat pop up.
When you get through, ask for a supervisor if necessary.
