There are tons of tutorials for this kind of game:
I am attempting to make a simple Flash game
Any game that has physics in it and pixel perfect collision detection (like tiny wings) should not be consdered a "simple" game,
If you have no experience in programming be prepared for a rude awakening.
Your best chance is to stick to the code of one of these tutorials and simply exchange your artwork.
Thankyou for your response! Which tutorial wpuld you say is best for me to follow? Like you said, I would be copying and pasting code but swapping stuff out for my graphic elements. Thanks again!
Look for these things in the different examples:
Tutorials that have no sepaerate as files but distribute their code on the timeline are easier to mess up,
look for examples that have (besides the fla) a seperate document class (usually called Main.as or sth. similar).
