Even though I've updated my video drivers - the latest versions of NVIDIA GeForce Experience & the latest Intel Graphics one - I still can't see an image in the clip player or on the timeline. The audio works fine. I've been cutting on Elements 10 for a year now without issue... only 2 days ago was the first time I've experienced this video display driver issue.
When I've right-clicked on the Premiere Elements Desktop icon, I select run with graphics processor and I select high-performace NVIDIA processor (default), I get the message, "The file path does not exist on disk on this lcoation. 10exe."
Any suggestions for a remedy? Thanks so much!
Please read the following recent thread on Premiere Elements 10 and NVIDIA video card driver issues that needed a driver version roll back to remedy the problems instead of a driver version update.
Please see if any of this applies to your specific situation.
Some of this is about Premiere Pro, but the idea is the same... you MAY need to turn off your embedded Intel chip in the BIOS
