blocked plug in still! Help

I tried to update my adobe flash on my mac book pro and it just keeps getting to stage 3 and says blocked plug in. I have not added any extra security on this machine and it is driving me nuts. I am not very good at all this but neither am I stupid. help.

If you STILL see the "blocked Plugin" error, you may have to switch to Firefox. Safari DOESN'T allow downgrading the Flash Player Plugin.
