    Adobe rejecting new ID


      On the iPad, Adobe brings up an old ID and won't accept my new one.    I have no problems with the login or password on my PC or reader

          Which app are you using on the iPad?

          There should be an option to deregister somewhere in the app, you probably need to do that before you reregister with the new ID.


          It may be that uninstalling and reinstalling the app will permit you to register a new ID; sometimes the ID is held even over uninstall (it is by ADE on PC/Macs).

          Or try installing a different app and registering it, for example Bluefire if that isn't the one you are already using.
