    problem changing credit card information on profile for Creative Cloud

      I was trying to update credit card on my account profile page for creative cloud subscription, on the Adobe.com site, but when I tried to change the credit card number on the web site, I got this error message:

      I then called customer service on 10/31/13, about the problem. I gave the representative my new card number over the phone to be updated on my account. He said that it would reflect on my profile within an hour or two. IT HAS NOT. The old number is still on my account.

       

      Is this problem being fixed, when will the profile area be fixed so that I can change credit info myself? I tried again today, and the same error message appears.
