I created a video in Premiere Pro and when I view this on a 60Hz Samsung flat screen, some of the scenes where there is slow panning starts to judder a bit. I'm thinking it's the TV because this doesn't happen when I view it on my computer. I exported the video as mp4 and replay it in Quicktime which is what judders on the 60Hz TV. However, the weird thing is, some of the footage I pulled from my Youtube channel which when viewed on the 60Hz TV doesn't judder at all. So I'm not sure if this is because rthe TV is 60Hz or my export setting should be different since the original footage on Youtube has no judder. Any insights would be much appreciated. Thank in advance!
