    trying to save a form as a PDF


      I created a form, and I am trying to save it as a PDF. A window pops up telling me I must sign in with a paid account in order to do this. But, I AM signed in, with a apid account. Please advise on how to proceed...

          One thing to confirm is that you were indeed the author of the form - if a "Free" level user shares a form with you the "form rights" are based on the author, so if a "Free" level user shared the form you would not have paid features such as Save as PDF in the form. 


          Also, are you certain that the account is reflecting being a paid account?  Are other paid level features enabled (you can create more than one form, set up Notifications, Redirect URL etc)?
