    CC file sync, down for days

      A few days ago, a "pause" indicator appeared on the CC icon in my menu bar.

       

      When I open the CC menu, it says File Syncing and Font Syncing are turned off. When I click "Resume Syncing," a notification reports a generic "Creative Cloud server error," which leads to this help page:

      None of my filenames contain Windows-reserved characters, lengths above 260 characters, or trailing characters. None are aliases, nor are any in use. There are no conflicted copies – or at least none are labeled as such. (These are stupid limitations, btw...) Removing all of my files resolves the error, but obviously doesn't fix the problem.

       

      Q1: why can't CC just tell me which file is causing the issue, instead of making me hunt for it?

       

      Q2: how the hell am I supposed to resolve a file I can't find?
