Thanks for the info, but...
First I don't use a Mac, I work with Windows.
Second, the origin question was that CUDA doesn't work with the NVidia GTX285 and who will fix it.
I'll think it will not be fixed and the only way to enable CUDA support is to use the "cuda hack". With Windows it will be work (own experience), but I don't know if the "hack" is available for Macs. So I have search a liitle bit with Google and post the links, so the thread opener can try it.
