How can I make a text box with no label?

I want to add a text box in the middle of a paragraph or sentence.  Why is there no tool for this?

You are correct that there is not a tool for this.  You could do something like insert "_____________" into the paragraph and after the paragraph have a text field that corresponds to the blank line in the paragraph, if you need multiple "fill in the blank" you could have matching "(1)____________" with a text box for (1) etc.

Being able to insert a text field into a paragraph of text is a good idea, honestly it isn't one I've heard requested much but would obvoiusly provide value.  We'll take note of the request.
