In Photoshop CC can you assign a keyboard short-cut to the Rotate Brushes without having to manual rotate the brush within the brush panel ?

Can you set the liquify too to automatically save the liquify meshes in PsCC ?

Liquify automatically saves the last mesh used, but there is no way to automatically save more than the last mesh. (Of course you can save as many as you like manually.)
