    Premiere crashes non-stop

Multiple versions on multiple computers have one thing in common...Premiere constantly crashes!  I'm making a three minute video and it can't handle it.  I spent days working on it to have it crash non-stop...when I finally do get it to render that's great, but like most editing, it takes more than one attempt to get what you want and when I go to make changes it can take an hour or more of attempts to render before I get it to without crashing.  Microsoft Movie Maker works better than this and I'm about to start over using that.  Enough of these adobe programs that crash!

          Welcome to the forum.

I realize that you mention "multiple computers," but can you give us the specs. of some of those - the more info, the better?

What are the full specs. of the source files? If you are not sure, you can use MediaInfo, or G-Spot to gather that info.

What version of PrE are you using?

What is the version of your OS?

What is the Project Setting that you are using?

Are there any error messages associated with the crashes? If so, what exactly do they state?

What are you doing most often, when the crashes occur?

Good luck, and please let us know more.
