Adobe Flash Player not working on Facebook

I recently installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, 11.9.900.117. Adobe's website confirms that it is installed. Yet when I try to play videos on on Facebook, I get a message that "Flash Playerf upgrade required. You must download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player to view the content."  I have Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 10.

Thanks.  I had already figured out and fixed the problem. The add-on was enabled on my computer account, but hadn't been on my wife's, who uses facebook. I tried to add this to my post right after I realized and fixed the problem, but wasn't able at that time to do either. Maybe i hadn't signed in, though I thought I had.
