After Effects CC - Memory errors

Just recently, When I double click on an After Effects job file to open it, I get an error titled (7 :: 5) After Effects error: Unable to allocate enough memory to render current frame. The only way I can exit out of the program is by force quitting.  Another instance is where I open the job from within After Effects. Sometimes it will work, but when I close the job I get a warning titled: (76 ::0) Unable to allocate 0.003MB of memory. I have sufficient memory on my computer to handle the job. This only happens on files with more than 2 layers.

Please help as I have jobs on hold because of this.
