You can start by telling use what the error message is. A screenshot is
probably the best bet.

then it gives you the option of seeing message again or not, if you say no, then it goes through all the next missing plug ins.
I don't understand because surely the version I bought is the latest?
Could be a corrupt installation. Try uninstalling it and reinstalling
I have now contacted someone on the Adobe help desk via chat. They say I need to phone someone on the technical side..So I will try and do soon. Not sure whether I have to phone the Californian tel number. I'll try the one based in England (where I'm from first) Presumably only office hours.

I have now tried uninstalling. adn re-installing. However.
Although it says My indesign is up to date. I am unable to open it.
Waht error message do you get now?
I don't get any error messages. The Indesign appears to have disappeared now. In my applications folder, its not there, but when I try to download it says that Indesign in up todate with a tick. The icon has also disappeard from the bar at the foot of the page.
Not sure whether to buy another monthy subscription to get it working and then ask for a refund of the original download. I am not on an old computer. This is a MAC OS X 10.7.5
Surely someone can tell me how to download Indesign succesfully??
It shouldn't be this difficult.
I jus keep going round in circles.
I go to Creative cloud- dowload. then the message comes up saying that Indesign is up to date. But it's not appearing in my applications and not on the bar.. So I clearly don't have it.
I can't unilstall now because I don't have it to uninstall. But I should be able to install.
I have done that cleaned everything and now I am able to install.
but it's taking a long time. So when done I'll have to check tomorrow evening if all works and is okay
(In England it's now nearly 1 am )
