Importing a Blu-ray Disc that I created

I created a Blu-ray Disc and I lost The master file. How can I import the Blu-ray Disc to be re-edited again?

Let me Google that for you.

Be sure to rip into a video format that works well in After Effects: ideally, an intermediate codec like Quicktime PNG or Animation, Quicktime ProRes, Uncompressed AVI etc.
