Unfortunately, we are mostly users, such as yourself.
There are some exceptions, with Adobe Staff participating in some threads, but they are mostly on the engineering and development side of things, and have little interaction with Adobe Customer Support (C/S). For issues with your license, Adobe C/S is where you need to go - NOT Adobe Technical Support. C/S should be able to help you quickly, and directly.
Where did you contact Adobe? I cannot believe that Adobe C/S would not be able to address your issue.
If you registered your product it should in My Account. Click on red Adobe icon above and naviate to proper folder.
