Go for a BIG tower and a bigger PSU.
Just a quick look at the prices on a few of your items since I am looking at buliding a machine now as well. Here are the Newegg.com prices:
Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core $339
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing $35
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600$155
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 4GB$300
Antec HCG Modular 620W ATX12V / EPS12V$90
Total Saved: $153
Thank you for your reply. I'm aiming for a full tower now (Cooler Master Storm Trooper SCG-5000, although that is sold out currently so maybe Thermaltake Overseer RX-I or Chaser MK-I), and the Antec HCG 750W PSU. According to PCPartPicker these parts will draw just over 400W.
Unfortunately since I'm in Australia the range of pc parts is not as wide, and the prices are worse (even though the exchange rate is closet to parity), so Newegg won't help me. The site I listed is about the cheapest I'm going to get.
With the updated parts (Case + PSU) as per my other post the total now comes to $1845 AUD, but on PCPartPicker if I change to United States the cost for the same parts is only $1513
microcenter has the 4770k on sale for $199 currently
